TITLE 38-RECODIFICATION TABLES

Table I is a recodification table representing the changes to the title 38 section numbers which have been made with the enactment of Public Law Nos. 102-40, 102-83, and 102-568. The new section numbers are shown on the left side and the former numbers are on the right side of the table. The section numbers in chapter 1 were not changed by these laws and are not referred to in these tables.

Table II shows in numerical order the former title 38 section numbers and where they can be found in the new title 38.
