Title 41 is composed of eleven volumes. The chapters in these volumes are arranged as follows: Chapters 1-2, Chapters 3-6, Chapter 7, Chapter 8, Chapter 9, Chapters 10-17, Chapter 18 (Volumes I, II, and III), Chapters 19-100, and Chapter 101 to end.

The Code of Federal Regulations is published under the editorial direction of Robert E. Lewis, assisted by Pearl B. Einhorn. For this volume, Laurence L. Davey was Chief Editor, and Charles G. Ratcliff, Associate Editor.
