SEC. 5. Provision by an employer of facilities for the operations of a Federal Credit Union on the premises of such employer shall ployer. not be deemed to be intimidation, coercion, interference, restraint or discrimination within the provisions of sections 7 and 8 of the National Labor Relations Act, approved July 5, 1935, or acts II, 157, 158. amendatory thereof.

JOINT RESOLUTION

To make the existing appropriations for mileage of Senators and Representatives immediately available for payment.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the appropriations for mileage of the President of the Senate and of Senators and for Representatives, the Delegate from Hawaii, and the Resident Commissioner from Puerto Rico, and for expenses of the Delegate from Alaska, contained in the Legislative Branch Appropriation Act, 1938, are hereby made available for and authorized to be paid to the President of the Senate, Senators, Representatives, Delegates, and the Resident Commissioner from Puerto Rico for attendance on the second session of the Seventy-fifth Congress. Approved, December 8, 1937.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Tennessee River between Colbert County and Lauderdale County in the State of Alabama, authorized to be built by the State of Alabama, its agent or agencies; Colbert County and Lauderdale County in the State of Alabama; the city of Sheffield, Colbert County, Alabama; the city of Florence, Lauderdale County, Alabama; and the Highway Bridge Commission, Incorporated, of Alabama, or any two of them, or either of them, by an Act of Congress approved June 12, 730, 1254. 1934, and extended August 23, 1935, and May 1, 1936, as amended, are hereby further extended one and three years respectively, from the date of the approval of this Act.
