This delegation includes, but is not limited to, authority to compromise claims pursuant to the provisions of section 41 (g) of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act and to execute and deliver the necessary legal instruments relating to the loans and property under the jurisdiction of the Farm Ownership and Rural Rehabilitation Divisions, such as leases and conveyances of real and personal property, and releases and satisfactions of mortgages, deeds of trust, and other liens. This delegation includes, but is not limited to, authority to execute and deliver contracts, deeds, bills of sale, releases and satisfactions of mortgages, deeds of trust and other liens, leases, and use permits, and other instruments relating to loans and property under the jurisdiction of Farm Security Administration.
