To amend the Small Business Act to expand the definition of small business concern to include agribusinesses.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 3 That section 4 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632) 4 is amended by inserting at the end thereof the following 5 new sentence: "An agribusiness (as defined by the Adminis6. trator) which otherwise meets the criteria established under

7 this section is deemed to be a small business concern for purposes of this Act.".
