3 the control of any executive agency which

"(i) shall have been determined to be surplus prop

erty; or

"(ii) shall have been determined to be excess property and is being held under section 608 of Public Law 87-195 (75 Stat. 424), approved September 4, 1961,

as amended, which property shall be offered to designated State agencies, as herein defined, before being offered to any other eligible donee; and

"(iii) shall have been determined under paragraph (2), (3), or (4) of this subsection to be usable and

necessary for such purpose."

A BILL

To provide for the conveyance to the city of Cheyenne, Wyoming, of certain real property of the United States heretofore donated to the United States by such city.

1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa2 tires of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 3 That the Administrator of General Services shall, without 4 monetary consideration therefor, convey to the city of Cheyenne, Wyoming, all right, title, and interest of the United

6 States in and to the real property described in section 2 of 7 this Act, comprising a portion of a tract of land containing 8 approximately six hundred acres heretofore donated to the 9 United States by such city as a site for a Veterans' Adminis

1 tration hospital, which portion has been declared excess to

2 the needs of the Veterans' Administration.

3 SEC. 2. The real property referred to in the first section

4 of this Act is more particularly described as follows:

To provide for the conveyance of certain real property situated

in the State of Hawaii to the State of Hawaii.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 3 That, subject to the provisions of sections 3 and 4 of this 4 Act, the Administrator of General Services (hereinafter 5 referred to as the "Administrator") is authorized and di6 rected to convey to the State of Hawaii all right, title, and 7 interest of the United States in and to the real property 8 described in section 2 of this Act, excepting therefrom those 9 portions of the subject properties transferred or approved for 10 transfer pursuant to section 203 (e) (3) (H) or 203 (k) 11 of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of
