PROJECT: Provides mechanical and structural modifications to conserve energy.

REQUIREMENT: Shortages of all types of energy sources dictate, the need to reduce energy loss and consumption to an absolute minimum.

CURRENT SITUATION: Existing structures require large quantities of energy to operate due to inadequate insulation. Existing low efficiency mechanical systems use much larger quantities of energy than modern systems. IMPACT IF NOT PROVIDED: in fuel costs.
