CURRENT SITUATION: New training devices are being procured for the P-3 avionics systems, including on-board acoustic processors. There are no existing spaces to house this trainer. New turbo-prop engine maintenance trainers are also being purchased and will be installed in the existing maintenance training building to facilitate training. The ordnance system trainers now there will be relocated. IMPACT IF NOT PROVIDED: Quality of maintenance training will suffer; trainer will be stored pending provision of satisfactory facilities.
