Men belonging to different regiments will not, under any circumstances, be put upon the same roll. 6. This blank will be used for mustering in volunteers for old regiments as well as for Muster and Descriptive Rolls for both Regulars and Volunteers. When used as Muster-in Rolls, the mustering officer will add to his certificate that the men have been duly mustered in, in accordance with the Mustering Regulations, and distribute the 4 copies as required for Muster-in Rolls. 7.
