2. GENERAL INFORMATION:

Form 7-1397, Procurement Action Schedule, may be requisitioned from Supply Services Division, Denver.

3. COMMENTS REQUESTED:

While the instructions herein are official and are to be followed by all Bureau personnel concerned, it is expected that the material will be improved, revised, and reissued after it has been tested in the field and applied to actual work conditions. Each employee who has occasion to use this portion of the Manual should review it from the standpoint of clarity, completeness, and practicability as it applies to his responsibilities and the conditions surrounding his work. Comments and suggestions should be forwarded promptly to the Commissioner, attention 137, in duplicate.
