THIS TITLE Title 10-ENERGY is composed of four volumes. The first volume, Parts 0-199, contains the regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Chapter I). The second, third, and fourth volumes, Parts 200-399, 400-499 and Part 500-end, contain the regulations and rulings of the Department of Energy (Chapters II, III and X). The contents of these volumes represent all current regulations codified under this title of the CFR as of January 1, 1984. The Department of Energy is in the process of reviewing the regulations in Chapters II and III and will be consolidating and recodifying those regulations applicable to the Department of Energy and revoking those regulations which are not.
