Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa 2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 3 That this Act may be cited as the "Equal Employment 4 Opportunities Enforcement Act". 5 SEC. 2. Section 701 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 6 Stat. 253; 42 U.S.C. 2000e) is amended as follows: 7 (a) Effective one year after the date of enactment of this 8 Act, strike "twenty-five" wherever it appears therein and 9 insert in lieu thereof "eight". |
