No. 1, page 1.-Authorizing an appropriation for the erection of a memorial

to the officers and men of the United States Navy who lost their

lives as the result of a boiler explosion that totally destroyed the

U. S. S. Tulip, near St. Inigoes Bay, Md., on November 11, 1864,

and for other purposes (H. R. 3597).

No. 2, page 2.-Authorizing the Secretary of the Navy to accept gifts and be-

quests for the benefit of the Office of Naval Records and Library,

Navy Department (H. R. 3598).

No. 3, page 5.-To provide for the better administration of justice in the Navy

(H, R. 3599).

No. 4, page 7.-To amend section 7 of the act approved May 29, 1934, entitled

"An act to regulate the distribution, promotion, retirement, and

discharge of commissioned officers of the Marine Corps, and for other

purposes” (H. R. 3600).
No. 5, page 9.- To prohibit the unauthorized wearing, manufacture, or sale of

medals and badges issued by the Navy Department (H. R. 3601).

No. 6, page 11.–To amend the act approved February 15, 1929, entitled "An

act to permit certain warrant officers to count all active service ren-

dered under temporary appointment as warrant or commissioned

officers in the Regular Navy, or as warrant or commissioned officers

in the United States Naval Reserve force, for purpose of promotion

to chief warrant rank” (H. R. 3602).

No. 7, page 13.-To amend the part of the act entitled “An act making appro-

priations for the naval service for the fiscal year ending June 30,

1921, and for other purposes”, approved June 4, 1920, relating to the

conservation, care, custody, protection, and operation of the naval

petroelum and oil-sbale reserves (H. R. 3603).

No. 8, page 15.-To amend the act entitled "An act making appropriations for

the naval service for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1903, and for

other purposes”, approved July 1, 1902 (H. R. 3605).

No. 9, page 17.-To amend section 22 of the act approved March 4, 1925, entitled

"An act providing for sundry matters affecting the naval service,

and for other purposes”, (H. Ř. 3606).

No. 10, page 19.-To authorize the acceptance of certain lands in the city of San

Diego, Calif., by the United States, and the transfer by the Secretary

of the Navy of certain other lands to said city of San Diego (H. R.

3607).

No. 11, page 21.-To authorize the disposition of the former naval radio station

property at St. Augustine, Fla. (H. R. 3608).

No. 12, page 23.-Awarding a Navy Cross to John W. Thomason (H. R. 3661).

No. 13, page 25.–To amend section 5 of the act entitled “An act authorizing the

construction, repair, and preservation of certain public works on

rivers and harbors, and for other purposes”, approved March 3,

1925, to authorize the payment of a per diem in connection with

naval aerial surveys and flight checking of aviation charts (H. R.

3604).
