About the author (2003)

Mr. Bostelman is a leading expert on Sarbanes-Oxley who also authored The Sarbanes-Oxley Deskbook (PLI), and has spoken for numerous organizations including PLI and commitees of the American Bar Association. He serves as Chair of the Securities Registration Subcommittee of the ABA Committee on Federal Regulation of Securities. Mr. Bostelman Graduated Yale University(B.A. 1975)and Columbia University Law School(J.D.1979)
