Where material in the Federal Procurement Regulations (FPR) requires no implementation or deviation, there is no corresponding number in the agency regulations. Thus, there may be gaps in the sequence of numbers where the FPR, as written, are applicable to agency procurement.

ORGANIZATION

Title 41 is composed of nine volumes. The chapters in these volumes are arranged as follows: Chapters 1-2, Chapters 3-6, Chapter 7, Chapter 8, Chapter 9, Chapters 10-17, Chapter 18, Chapters 19-100, and Chapter 101 to end.

The Code of Federal Regulations is published under the editorial direction of Robert E. Lewis, assisted by Pearl B. Einhorn. For this volume, Donna Rickett was Chief Editor, and Marie F. Faria Yeast, Associate Editor.
