H. R. 953, Jan. 4, 1965, Mr. Abernethy: Increases the rates under the "old" pension law for World War I veterans by 30 percent and raises the income limits from $1,400 for a single veteran to $2,400 and from $2,700 for a married veteran to $3,600.
