Pleasant, Governor of Louisiana, in placing Louisiana in the forefront in all affairs and matters connected with our participation in the World-War which we have entered, has been a credit to the State and entitles him to the grateful appreciation of all our people; Resolved, further, That this resolution properly engrossed and signed be transmitted to Governor Pleasant with the congratulations and best wishes of this General Assembly.
