CHANGES IN MEMBERSHIP OF THE CENTRAL BOARD OF APPEALS

OCTOBER 1, 1923.

1. Announcement is made effective September 29, 1923, of the following changes in the membership of the central board of appeals:

(a) C. W. Bailey has been appointed as the member representing the rehabilitation division, succeeding George A. Dunagin.

(b) H. E. Chase remains as representative of the claims division.

(c) S. T. Conkling continues as the member of the board representing the legal division.

(d) Dr. P. R. Greaves, tuberculosis specialist, has been appointed as a member of the board.

(e) Dr. Earl K. Holt, neuropsychiatric specialist, has been appointed as a member of the board.

(f) Harry M. Seydel has been appointed as representative of the insurance division, succeeding Brig S. Young. (g) Dr. Thomas Foster, medical member of the board representing general medicine, continues as chairman of the central board of appeals.

2. Announcement is made, effective October 1, 1923, that George A. Dunagin has been transferred to Federal Park, Md., and has been appointed as manager of the department of rehabilitation, United States veterans' rehabilitation center, at that station.
