IN GRAND LODGE.

A special Communication of the M. W. Grand Lodge of Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons of the State of West Virginia, was held at Masonic Hall, in the town of Point Pleasant, Mason county, West Virginia, on the 18th day of April, A. L. 5868.

The Grand Lodge was opened in DUE FORM.

The Acting Grand Master announced that the present Com

munication was held under a warrant from the Grand Master of the State, for the purpose of laying the corner-stone of Christ Church, P. E., in Point Pleasant.

The brethren were formed in procession and conducted to the ground. The Grand Master then proceeded to lay the cornerstone in solemn and DUE FORM.

Bro. C. T. B. Moore delivered an eloquent and appropriate address.

The procession was re-formed and returned to the Lodge Room.

The Grand Lodge was then closed.

IN GRAND LODGE.

A Special Communication of the M. W. Grand Lodge of Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons of the State of West Virginia, was held at the hall of Cameron Lodge No. 17, in Cameron, Marshall county, on the 25th day of May, A. L. 5868, at 11 o'clock, A. M.

The Acting Grand Master announced that the present Com munication was held under a warrant from the Grand Master, for the purpose of laying the corner-stone of the Presbyterian Church of Cameron, as requested by a resolution of its Board of Trustees.

The Grand Lodge was formed in procession and conducted to the church, and the ceremony of laying the corner stone was performed in solemn and DUE FORM.

An address was delivered by the Acting Grand Master, at the conclusion of which the Grand Lodge was conducted to the Lodge room.

The Grand Lodge was then closed.

IN GRAND LODGE.

A Special Communication of the M. W. Grand Lodge of Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons of the State of West Virginia, was held in Masons' Hall in the town of West Liberty, in the County of Ohio, on the 24th day of June, A. L. 5868, at 11 o'clock A. M.

With the members of Liberty Lodge No. 26 and a large num

ber of visiting brethren.'

The Grand Lodge was opened in DUE FORM.

The Acting Grand Master announced that this Special Communication of the Grand Lodge of West Virginia was held under a warrant from the Grand Master, for the purpose of dedicating the new hall of Liberty Lodge, No. 26, and for installation of its officers.

An address was then delivered by the Acting Grand Master, at the conclusion of which the ceremony of dedication was performed in solemn and DUE FORM.

An invitation from Liberty Lodge No. 26, to attend a Masonic Banquet, spread in an adjoining grove, was then received and accepted.

At the conclusion of the banquet an eloquent and appropriate address was delivered by Rev. J. W. Webb, and on motion a copy of the same was requested for publication.

On motion the thanks of the brethren were tendered to the Acting Grand Master and Grand Chaplain for their addresses. The Grand Lodge was then closed.

The fourth Grand Annual Communication of the M. W. Grand Lodge of Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons of the State of West Virginia was begun and held in the Masonic Temple in the city of Wheeling, on Tuesday, the 10th day of November, A. L. 5868, at 7 o'clock P. M.
