The entire indebtedness on the five ships, represented by five notes on each ship, maturing one each year from December 17, 1926 to February 20, 1932, were again extended by board action of July 28, 1927, by the substitution of 10 notes on each ships, payable one each year, aggregating $55,875 annually, final maturity January 1, 1937.
