7. Statement of function: To advise the Commission with respect to subjects selected by the Commission, particularly those bearing on radiological aspects of industrial safety. The committee does not concern itself with matters of collective bargaining and those matters which are handled as a matter of course, practice, and law through elected representatives of unions acting as accredited bargaining agents.
