Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War is authorized and directed to cause a preliminary examination to be made of the Ark Cosatot River in Sevier County, Arkansas, to determine for the feasibility of cleaning out the channel and leveeing the river, with a view to the control of floods, in accordance with the provisions of section 3 of the Act entitled "An Act to provide for the control of floods of the Mississippi River, and the Sacramento River, California, and for other purposes", approved March 1, 1917, the cost thereof to be paid from appropriations heretofore or hereafter made for examinations, surveys, and contingencies of rivers and harbors. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That a term of the District Court of the United States for the Northern District of Florida shall be held annually at Panama City, Florida, on the first Monday in October: Provided, That suitable rooms and accommodations for holding court at Panama City are furnished without expense to the United States.
