a The Day of the Lord is great, and very tertible; and who can abide it? Who among us can dwell with the devouring Fire? The RIGHTEOUS and WICKED compared.

b Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: For they thall eat the. Fruit of their Doings. But, woe unto the wicked, it shall be ill with him: For the Reward of his Hands shall be given him.

f He that diligently seeketh Good, procureth Favour ; but he that seeketh Mischief, it shall come unto him.

8 God will not cast away a perfect Man: neither will he help the Evil-doers.

h The righteous is delivered out of Trouble ; and the wicked cometh in his stead.

• The Righteousness of the perfect shall direct his Way : but the wicked shall fall by his own Wickedness.

{ Whosoever committeth Sin, is the Servant of Sin : but where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Liberty : and, whom the Son shall make free, they shall be free indeed.

& The Fear of the Lord is clean : And, God is good to such as are of a clean Heart. He that hath clean Hands, and a pure Heart, shall ascend into the Hill of the Lord. · The Memory of the just is blessed: but the Name of the wicked fhall rot.

b Righteousness exalteth a Nation : but Sin is a Reproach to any People,

c The Wages of Sin is Death: but the Gift of God is eternal Life.

d Indignation and Wrath, Tribulation and Angain; shall be upon every Soul of Man that doth Evil: But Glory, Honour, and Peace, to every Man that worketh Good.

• They that Deep in the Duft of the Earth shall awake; some to everlasting Life, and some to Shame, and everlasting Contempt.

f When the Son of Man shall come in his Glory, and all the holy Angels with him, then fhall be gathered before him all Nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a Shepherd divideth his Sheep from the Goats: and he fhall set the Sheep on his right Hand, but the Goats on the left. Then shall he say unto them on his right Hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you, from the Foundation of the World.
