Mr. Campbell comes to us with a wealth of experience and has a splendid background in government and budgetary matters. We are delighted to have him and expect him to make splendid contributions to our work. He has already been introduced to the committee members individually and also to our distinguished officials from the Commerce Department this morning. We are delighted to have the Secretary of Commerce, the Honorable Sinclair Weeks, with us this morning.
