March 1985. Funds will be allotted to initiate
feasibility study upon transmittal of conditional cost
sharing contract.

(Not included in previous report) $100 allotted for evaluation of alternatives and

selection of plans for system optimization. Add'l $75 to be allotted in FY 1985 to continue studies.

$350 allotted for technical assistance on the Platte
River, NE. The activities under the authority of Section
55 of Public Law 93-251, along the Platte River in NE are
to be executed in accordance with the guidance set forth
in A/ASA (CW) letter to Congresswoman Smith, dated 3 Oct.
1984, which is in accord with understandings reached by
Congresswoman Smith and OMB officials.
