The Committee will meet, at a mutually convenient time and place, at least once per year, within two months after the issuance of the annual report & Functions

The main purpose of this review is to determine if there are any significant findings among the data, e.g., trends or patterns in pollutant releases from the Project which could result in significant health or environmental impacts. The Corporation shall prepare minutes of each meeting which summarize all Committee discussions, findings, and recommendations.
