Subpart A-General

Purpose.

The purpose of this part is to prescribe the standards and procedures to be followed in implementing those sections of Public Law 91-606 assigned to the Secretary by the Act or by Executive Order 11749, and delegated to the Administrator at 38 FR 17869, July 5, 1973. § 2200.2 Definitions.
