EXPLANATION This Pocket Supplement contains the changes and additions to Title 1 and to the tables comprising Titles 2 and 3 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Users of the tables should refer to the editorial notes preceding each table. This Supplement also contains a new editorial finding aid "Appendix A-Guide to Record Retention Requirements" which has been added to Title 1. The parallel table of statutory authorities and rules constituting Title 2 has been completely reprinted so as to present within a single table the statutory authorities of regulations currently in effect, cited in the Code of Federal Regulations, in revised volumes, and in the current Pocket Supplements.
