Our report is as follows: The increase in valuation of Carrizo Springs is based on appraisals by local real estate agencies. Bureau of the Mint: U.S. bullion depository, West Point, N.Y. Bureau of Customs: Installations at various locations. The acquisition costs of buildings, structures, and facilities located on the sites referred to in these reports are shown on the "Report of Owned Real Property" submitted to the General Services Administration as of June 30, 1968.
