SEC. 2. The District of Columbia Council may, with

respect to each of the fees established by the Acts or parts 11 of Acts listed in the first section, after public hearing, increase

12

or decrease such fees to such amounts as may, in the judg13 ment of the Council, be reasonable in consideration of the 14 interests of the public and the persons required to pay the 15 fee, and in consideration of the approximate cost of admin16 istering each Act or part of Act to which the fee relates.

Relating to crime and law enforcement in the District of Columbia.

1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 3 That this Act may be cited as "The District of Columbia Law 4 Enforcement and Criminal Justice Act".

5 TITLE I-PROHIBIT THE UNAUTHORIZED USE

9 SEC. 101. This title may be cited as the "District of Co

10 lumbia Credit Card Crime Act”.
