Mr. ZIMMERMAN. There is still an obligation on the Government to maintain those services, but the non-Indian owners pay all current charges and the annual assessments on construction. Mr. WATHEN. That is correct. There are approximately 200,000 acres of land on Indian irrigation projects owned by non-Indians and all payments are current, both the construction and maintenance and operation assessments are paid in full. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE EXPENSES ON POWER OPERATIONS Mr. JONES. Now, do you have your operation and maintenance expenses on power operations broken down in detail, such as is required by the Federal Power Commission? Mr. WATHEN.
