APPROPRIATIONS FOR EXPENSES OF LEGISLATURE. AN ACT making an emergency appropriation for per diem and mileage of members and officers, employees' salaries, postage, stationery, printing, incidental expenses and providing for the printing of three hundred copies of the Governor's message, and to appropriate funds for the compensation of the members, officers and employees of the Seventeenth Legislature of the State of Wyoming; to pay for the necessary legislative printing of the Seventeenth Legislature; to pay the necessary postage, stationery and incidental expense of said Seventeenth Legislature; to pay for the preparing of certified copies of the session laws, for printing journals of the House and Senate of the said Seventeenth Legislature; to pay for the employment of messenger for Secretary of State and Board of Supplies of the State of Wyoming; to pay for repairing art glass and partitions in the House of Representatives. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Per Diem and Mileage. Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the State Treasury of the State of Wyoming, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of Sixty-four Thousand Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to pay the per diem and mileage of the members, officers and employees of the Seventeenth Legislature of the State of Wyoming. Legislative Printing. Section 2. There is hereby appropriated out of the funds in the State Treasury of the State of Wyoming, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of Nine Thousand Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to pay for the necessary legislative printing of the Seventeenth Legislature of the State of Wyoming, and a Legislative Directory embracing the election returns, in pamphlet form. Legislative Supplies. Section 3. There is hereby appropriated out of the funds in the State Treasury of the State of Wyoming, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of Four Thousand Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to pay for the necessary stationery, postage and supplies for the Seventeenth Legislature of the State of Wyoming. Preparing Session Laws. Section 4. There is hereby appropriated out of the funds in the State Treasury of the State of Wyoming, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of Six Hundred Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to pay for the preparing of copies of the session laws of the Seventeenth Legislature of the State of Wyoming, for the use of the printer. Printing Session Laws. Section 5. There is hereby appropriated out of the funds in the State Treasury of the State of Wyoming, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of Twenty-five Hundred Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to pay for the printing of the session laws of the Seventeenth Legislature of the State of Wyoming. Printing Journals. Section 6. There is hereby appropriated out of the funds in the State Treasury of the State of Wyoming, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of Two Thousand Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to pay for the printing of the journals of the House and Senate of the Seventeenth Legislature of the State of Wyoming. Preparing and Indexing Journals. Section 7. There is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the State Treasury of the State of Wyoming, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of Four Hundred Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to pay for preparing and indexing the journals of the House and Senate of the Seventeenth Legislature of the State of Wyoming. Printing Governor's Message. Section 8. There is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the State Treasury of the State of Wyoming, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to pay for printing three hundred copies of the Governor's Message. Messenger Secretary of State and Board of Supplies. Section 9. There is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the State Treasury of the State of Wyoming, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of One Hundred Twenty-five Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for employment of messenger for Secretary of State and Board of Supplies of the State of Wyoming. Repairs and Alterations in House of Representatives. Section 10. There is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the State Treasury of the State of Wyoming, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of Seven Hundred Ninety-eight Dollars and One Cent ($798.01), or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay for repairing the art glass and repairing and remodeling the partitions in the House of Representatives. |
