FOREWORD This book contains a compilation of title 14 of the United States Code-Coast Guard, and Subtitle II of title 46 of the United States Code-Shipping. Because of the significance and importance of new amendments to these laws, the Committee on Merchant Marine and Fisheries felt there was a need to publish this compilation for handy use and reference.
