The Legal Adviser of the Secretariat, after taking cognisance of the desire expressed by the Legal Adviser of the Permanent Delegation of Colombia to the League of Nations and after examining the said instrument of ratification, which was found in good and due form, formally accepted the instrument for the requested deposit. The letter states that the ratification applies also to the territories of Papua and Norfolk Island, but not to the mandated territories of New Guinea and Nauru.
