The declaration is worded in the translation of the League of Nations as follows: "On behalf of Austria and subject to ratification, the undersigned recognises, in relation to any other Member of the League of Nations or State accepting the same obligation, that-is-to-say, on condition of reciprocity, the jurisdiction of the Court as compulsory, ipso facto and without special convention, for a further period of five years as from March 13th, 1937."
