The committee will come to order. We are on the record. Today we have with us the Marketing and Regulatory Programs of the Department of Agriculture. Assistant Secretary Dunn, we want to welcome you and Mr. Figueroa of AMS, Mr. Medley of APHIS, Mr. Baker of GIPSA, and of course, we could not have these hearings and we would not let them go on unless Steve Dewhurst was here from the Budget Office. I would like to thank you, Mr. Dunn, for the assistance that the AMS and APHIS provided to me and my staff on a trip that we recently took to Fort Collins, Colorado. That is an amazing institution.
