My name is J. C. Allison. I am a civil engineer by profession, associated-have been associated with the water affairs of the valley on both the Mexican and the American side for a period of 23 years. I represent and am a part of the Colorado River Control Club in dealing with the technical phases of the All-American Canal. For the purpose of the record, I would like to state something of my experience with the water system of Imperial Valley on both sides. |
