Tuttle shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of $12 per month from and after the date of the death of said Eliza E. Tuttle.

CHAP. 76.-An Act Granting to the trustees of the diocese of Montana of the Protestant Episcopal Church, for the benefit of "Christ Church On-the-Hill," at Poplar, Montana, lots five, six, and seven, in block thirty, town site of Poplar, State of Montana.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Diocese of Montana. States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the granted to, for Christ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to convey by Church On-the-Hill." patent lots five, six, and seven, in block thirty, town site of Poplar, State of Montana, to the trustees of the diocese of Montana of the Protestant Episcopal Church, upon payment by them of the appraised value thereof, to be held by them, their successors and assigns, forever, for the use and benefit of "Christ Church On-the-Hill," at Poplar, Montana, said property to be used by said church for religious purposes in the town and State aforesaid.
