None of the funds contained in this Act for "Juvenile delinquency and youth offenses" shall be paid, for the purpose of conducting or assisting in conducting a research or demonstration project, to any person or organization registered with the Clerk of the House and the Secretary of the Senate under the Regulation of Lobbying Act. SEC. 905. The Secretary of Labor and the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare, are each authorized to make available not to exceed $5,000 from funds available for salaries and expenses under titles I and II, respectively, for official reception and representation expenses, not otherwise provided for. SEC. 906. None of the funds appropriated in this Act shall be used to conduct or assist in conducting any program (including but not 27-312-64- -10 limited to the payment of salaries, administrative expenses, and the conduct of research activities) related directly or indirectly to the establishment of a national service corps or similar domestic peace corps type of program.
