certain employees of the National Advisory Committee for Aero-

nautics.

No. 172, page 2255.—To amend the act approved June 23, 1938, entitled "An

act to regulate the distribution, promotion, and retirement of officers

of the line of the Navy, and for other purposes."

No. 171, page 2257.-To amend the act entitled "An act to expedite national

defense, and for other purposes," approved June 28, 1940.

No. 174, page 2259.—To amend the act entitled “An act making appropriations

for the naval service for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1910, and for

other purposes," approved March 3, 1909, as amended, so as to

extend commissary privileges to such other persons as may be specifi-

cally authorized by the Secretary of the Navy.

No. 175, page 2261.–To further amend the act approved June 23, 1938 (52 Stat.

944), as amended.

No. 176, page 2263.-To provide for the extension of enlistments in the Navy in

time of war,

the Secretary of the Navy to provide salvage facilities, and for other

additional ordnance manufacturing and production facilities, and for
