Where material in the Federal Procurement Regulations (FPR) requires no

implementation or deviation, there is no corresponding number in the agency

regulations. Thus, there may be gaps in the sequence of numbers where the FPR,
as written, are applicable to agency procurement.

Title 41 is composed of nine volumes. The contents of this volume represent

all current regulations codified under Chapters 3-6 of this title of the CFR as of

July 1, 1976. The other eight volumes of Title 41 contain Chapters 1-2, Chapter

7, Chapter 8, Chapter 9, Chapters 10-17, Chapter 18, Chapters 19-100, and

Chapter 101 to end.

The Code of Federal Regulations is published under the editorial direction of
Robert E. Lewis, assisted by Robert Jordan. For this volume, Donna Rickett was
Chief Editor, and Patricia Hardee, Associate Editor.
