Requirement: Within 20 days after the close of each calendar quarter, a copy of Standard Form 133 (Report on Budget Execution) is to be sent to the House Committee on Appropriations. The SF 133 contains information on budgetary resources, the status of budgetary resources and the relation of obligations to disbursements for: 1) unexpired accounts, 2) consolidated amounts of expired accounts, and 3) the total of these two. Abstract: The report provides the following information: budgetary resources, including budget authority, unobligated balance, reimbursements and other income, recoveries of prior obligations, and restorations or writeoffs; status of budgetary resources, including obligations incurred, unobligated balances available, and unobligated balances not available; and relation of obligations to disbursements, including obligations less income earned and recoveries, net change in undelivered orders, accrued expenditures plus net lending, net change in accounts payable, and net disbursements.
