Don't Settle for Less Than What He Has for YouThe title comes from a statement my husband once said at the end of one of his sermons. My husband is a Pastor and He said, "Don't settle for less than what God has for you." I was still working on my manuscript at the time he made that statement. My spirit was quickened when hearing those words and I knew that they would be the title of my book. My audience would be those that need encouragement to not use their past disappointments and failures as an excuse to act and live the way that they want to but instead choose to be a new creature in Christ. In my book, I encourage them to strive to be all that God intended for them to be. I use my own life as an example because I think our lives are the best witnesses we have. I talk about the things that God has brought me through and healed me of that caused me to not settle for less than what He had for me. Please feel free to read the back cover text and the book preview for more insight into my book. |
