helium production fund for payment of refunds of excess payments and for expenses of acquiring, administering, operating, maintaining, and developing helium properties (sec. 3c) (p. 636). Public Act No. 412: All receipts and assets of the United States Housing Authority shall be available for the purposes of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (p. 464). Public Act No. 413: None of the moneys collected or received by the Secretary of the Interior in his administration of this act shall be paid into the Treasury but all such moneys shall constitute a revolving fund to be administered by such Secretary for the purposes of the act (p. 638). Public Resolution No. 16: All expenses incurred by the Customs Service in connection with the importation of articles for exhibit at the Greater Texas and Pan American Exposition, Dallas, Tex., shall be reimbursed to the United States and deposited as refunds to the appropriation from which such expenses were paid (p. 650). Public Resolution No. 29: All expenses incurred by the Customs Service in connection with the importation of articles for exhibit at the Golden Gate International Exposition shall be reimbursed to the United States and deposited as refunds to the appropriation from which such expenses were paid (p. 657). Public Resolution No. 35: All expenses in connection with the protection of the copyrights and patents of foreign exhibitors at the Golden Gate International Exposition incurred by the Library of Congress and the Patent Office shall be reimbursed to the United States and deposited as refunds to the appropriations, respectively, from which such expenses were paid (p. 660). Public Resolution No. 37: All expenses incurred by the Customs Service in connection with the importation of articles for exhibit at the Great Lakes Exposition, Cleveland, Ohio, shall be reimbursed to the United States and deposited as refunds to the appropriation from which such expenses were paid (p. 662). Public Resolution No. 41: All expenses in connection with the protection of the copyrights and patents of foreign exhibitors at the New York World's Fair incurred by the Library of Congress and the Patent Office shall be reimbursed to the United States and deposited as refunds to the appropriations, respectively, from which such expenses were paid (p. 666). Public Resolution No. 52: The United States Commissioner for the United States Golden Gate International Exposition Commission is authorized to receive contributions and expend the same for the expenses of participation by the United States in such exposition in the same manner as appropriations made for that purpose (p. 672). Public Resolution No. 53: The United States Commissioner for the United States New York World's Fair Commission is authorized to receive contributions and expend the same for the expenses of participation by the United States in such exposition in the same manner as appropriations made for that purpose (p. 676). Public Resolution No. 59: The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to receive on behalf of the United States, for the purpose set forth in the last will and testament of James Reuel Smith, all moneys and other property bequeathed to the United States under the residuary clause of such will, and to deposit said moneys into the Treasury to the credit of a public debt account entitled "Redemption of Liberty Bonds Issued in the Year 1918 from Bequest of James Reuel Smith." The Secretary of the Treasury is further authorized and directed to sell any real or personal property which may be received under the residuary clause of said will, the proceeds of such sales to be deposited in such public debt account.
