It is on a basic rate of so many dollars per person in a class. Mr. TARVER. How many dollars? Dr. CHARTERS. That varies in different parts of the country. I can put that information in the record. Mr. TARVER. I will be glad if you do that. Mr. VAN WYCK. It is about $40 per trainee per course. Mr. TARVER.
