R.V.S. 9 Je 58 STATEMENT These hearings constitute part of the hearings held annually by the Joint Committee on "development, growth, and state of the atomic energy industry," pursuant to section 202 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954. For the convenience of the public, those portions of the hearings concerning problems of the uranium mining and milling industries have been printed in this publication separate from the balance of the hearings. This publication includes a portion of the testimony during the hearing held on February 19, 1958, when representatives of the Atomic Energy Commission testified, and all of the testimony during the hearings on February 24 and February 25, 1958, when representatives of the uranium mining and milling industries testified.
