SUBJECT: Relocation of Office Partitioning - 560 Westport Road

Attached is letter of request for authority to remove approximately
600 square feet of ceiling high partitions, repair of walls and floor,
and reinstall partitions in new locations on the second floor of the
building at 560 Westport Road, Kansas City, Missouri. The repair work
does not include any electrical changes or spot painting made necessary
by the partition changes.

Also, attached is proposal from Henges Company to perform all the above outlined work for the sum of $1,247.00. The partitions to be moved were originally installed by the Henges Company.

Director Donald E. Smith of Commodity Stabilization Service advises in
attached letter that funds are available to reimburse G.8.A. in the
sum of $1,247.00.

It is recomended that a job order be issued to cover the requested
work.

Attachments

The attached invoice has been reviewed by this office, and it is the administrative determination that it falls within the category of a mall purchase as defined in Federal Procurement Regulations, Subpart 1-3.6.

We will furnish and install and paint temporary partitions in the first floor area next to the Univas Room, 130 lineal feet of 3'6" rail height with 15′′ of obscure glass to mich the existing partitions of this type in the building, for the sum of $1,464.00.

It is understeed that all wezk shall be done during regular working hours, namely 8:00 am to 4120 p.m., Monday through Friday.

We are fully covered by Workman's Compensation and Public Liability
Insurance.

We reserve the right to withdraw this quotation if not accepted within fifteen days.
