REPRESENTATIVES OF GRAND COUNCILS. .G.. Council of Arkansas. Comp. C. C. ISAACS, The Grand Council was opened in Ample form. Companion B. V. SWITZER, of Rockingham, Va., was introduced and had administered to him the O. B. of a Royal and Select Master. On motion of Companion GRAHAM DUKEHART, Select Masters of Subordinate Councils were invited to visit this Annual Assembly. The Grand Council dispensed with the reading of the Proceedings of the last Annual Assembly, printed copies being in the hands of the members. The M.'. I.'.
