Page 9 AN ACT to amend section 9 of chapter 116 of the laws of Mississippi of 1924 (section 6652, Hemingway's Annotated Mississippi Code, 1927), so as to authorize the expenditure of motor vehicle privilege taxes in the construction and maintenance of any of the public high ways, bridges and culverts of the county.
