With regard to the fiscal year 1979 budget for the Democratic Policy Committee and the ACONTECERDEL Senator Byrd has indicated to me that the estimated amount should be the same as the 1978 amount plus an additional ten percent, with the understanding, of course, that this figure is not in any way binding.
